Scenic Tours Antigua Tips and Guidelines:
•
Be sure to meet our representative (driver) at the designated location
twenty (20) minutes before tour time. The usual location is the cruise
ship terminal. For late arriving cruise ships only, the tour time is 11
a.m.
•
Lunch can be purchased at the beachside restaurant and bar at additional
cost (N.B. This is not included in the quoted rate). Groups (15 or more)
do, however, have the option of requesting that Scenic Tours Antigua
negotiate with restaurant management on their behalf for provision of a
buffet style lunch, a drink and beach chair (per person). A minimum of
three (3) days notice is required.
• Comfortable clothing and a change of clothes, sensible shoes, a towel, camera, and sunscreen are recommended.
• This tour is not wheelchair accessible. For the more adventurous tours – including hiking, paddling, or peddling – participants should be in good physical condition.
• If previously notified of the delayed arrival of cruise ship passengers, we will accommodate; but Scenic Tours Antigua does not generally assume responsibility for passengers who arrive after the schedule tour departure time without prior notification.
• All Alternate Tour Options require a minimum of 10 people.
• Also, for Alternate Tour Options, fifty percent of the total tour fee is required to secure and confirm a booking, and this deposit is non-refundable. Payment options include credit cards, cash, wire transfer, or travellers’ checks. The balance must be paid in cash before the tour begins. For all other services, payment can be made in full just before tour departure.
• Scenic Tours Antigua will not be responsible for the supervision of children or adults.
• Tour services vary; ask about these when booking.
